Sandor Papp
He was born in a family, engaged in hospitality, next to the Balaton, the largest lake of Hungary.
The love for plants already acquired at the age child. His grandfather worked as a forester, and his
influence began to be interested in trees and other plants. He later lived in Hungary s most beautiful
mountains so was constantly in touch with nature.
The bonsai s interest in adolescent age emerged. Initially self-taught education learned the basics of
bonsai, and met András Koós, who pioneered the culture of bonsai in Hungary.
The first techniques learned from him. He later worked as a nursery, and then got a job at the first
Bonsai Studio in Hungary. He hold a number of demonstrations and workshops, and participates in
Europe s famous exhibitions.
Specialty: junipers, pines, shohin bonsais.
